At Artography, each canvas is made to order. Because of the custom production process, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if your item is either :
- defective
- damaged during transit
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
Please include the following in your email :
- your order number
- clear photos of the item and its packaging.
Once reviewed, we will offer either a replacement at no additional cost or a refund to your original payment method.
We are unable to accept returns for the following reasons :
- change of mind
- incorrect size selected
- minor colour variations due to screen display differences
- orders where delivery information was entered incorrectly.
Please review product details and dimensions carefully before purchasing.
Refund Processing:
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
