Tower Bridge from the riverbank, late afternoon, the cables catching the light and the Thames sitting flat below. One of the most photographed structures in the world, and still worth getting right. This was shot on location in London during a trip along the South Bank.

What makes the difference here is the angle and the hour. The warm side light picks out the stone detail in a way that a midday or overcast shot simply does not.
